Tuber & Table is a partnership rooted in two worlds — the Bay Area's celebrated fine dining scene and the ancient agricultural traditions of Umbria, Italy's green heart. Co-founded by a Bay Area biologist with deep chef relationships and an Umbrian food technologist and agronomist, we bridge hillside farms with the kitchens that deserve them most.
We source exclusively from small, family-run producers who have spent generations coaxing extraordinary flavor from Umbria's volcanic soils. Every product arrives with full provenance, personal producer relationships, and the integrity that comes from knowing exactly whose hands brought it to you.
